As heard on...
and
As a pet owner I can understand that you may be worried about leaving your pet or your house keys with some one you don;t know very well. The way I have tried to get around this is to think about how I would feel in your shoes and what would I be looking for before trusting some one.
To start with all More For Paws staff are police checked, this is to make sure that they have not commited any criminal offences, especially those relating to animals or theft. These certificates are kept on my files and you can see a copy at you "Meet and Greet" if you would like.
The "Meet and Greet", amongst other things, is so that you can get to know me better and to see how I interact with your pet. Before paid service starts I'll also introduce you to the walker/sitter that will stay with your pet through out your contract (unless there are any emergencies). All my host families for home boarding also an extra process to go through. As well as being visited by myself they are also subject to inspection by the local authority. This is to ensure that they meet the requirements under the Animals Boarding Establishment Act 1963.
