I see no reason why we would not get along with your pet through out our time with them. I have worked with animals from various backgrounds, from rescue pets who are timid or nervous, to troublesome and aggressive pets to some pets that are beyond pampered. Every pet is different but by reading their body language and spending time with them I have never come across a pet that I've not been able to care for.
To put your mind at ease I would never expect you to sign a service agreement before you are comfortable with how we interact with your pet. During your "Meet and Greet" you will be given the chance to see how every one gets on. I will always introduce you and your pet to the walker/sitter that will be assigned to you. Plus before service commences we will come round a couple of times so that your pet is comfortable with us.
We understand that your pet is very important to you and that you will feel comfortable knowing they are happy. We hope that you will be able to relax knowing that we are caring for your pet.
